At PingPod, we welcome coaches who are passionate about table tennis and skilled at working with players of all ages and abilities. While we’re not currently hiring new coaches, you’re welcome to submit an application to be considered for our waiting list.
What We Look for in a Coach:
Dependability and punctuality
Passion for both table tennis and teaching
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work with a diverse range of students
Experience working with kids (for those interested in youth coaching)
A team-player mindset – at PingPod, we share students when needed
Comfort with using technology
Skill Level Guidelines:
Beginner Coaches: Minimum rating of 1300
Intermediate Coaches: Minimum rating of 1700
Advanced Coaches: Minimum rating of 2000
National Coaches: Minimum rating of 2350*
*Exceptions may be made based on past ratings and relevant experience.
