At PingPod, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all of our customers, our local community as well as our coaches and staff members.

To ensure the smooth operation of our space and the well-being of everyone who uses it, we have established this Infractions Policy.

This policy outlines the rules and regulations that govern the use of our facilities, as well as the consequences for any infractions. We kindly request that all customers familiarize themselves with the contents of this policy to ensure a positive experience for all.

Please take a moment to review the following guidelines, which cover a range of potential infractions related to the use of our space, including over-staying, property damage, noise disturbances, and more. We believe that a clear understanding of these rules helps maintain a harmonious and productive environment.

Charging Infractions to Your Credit Card

Please be aware that in the event of an infraction as outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to charge the associated fees or penalties to the credit card on file for your account.

By using our facilities, you consent to this billing method in the event of an infraction.

Consequences of Multiple Infractions

We take infractions seriously to maintain a harmonious and productive environment. Multiple infractions may result in the following actions:

  • Suspension from the Facility: We may suspend your access to our facilities for a specified period as deemed appropriate based on the severity and recurrence of infractions.
  • Cancellation of Membership or Access: In cases of repeated or severe infractions, we reserve the right to cancel your membership or restrict access to our facilities permanently.

Infractions for which you may be charged: In cases where an infraction occurs that is not explicitly covered by the policy but is determined to be disruptive, dangerous, or detrimental to the overall experience of our customers, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action as they see fit.

  1. Overstay: If a guest stays more than 10 minutes past their reservation, they will be charged the market value price of the slot plus $10 for every additional guest over 4 guests.
  2. Extra Table: If a guest uses more tables than booked during their reservation, they will be charged the market value price of the slot plus $10 for every additional guest over 6 guests.
  3. Extra Guests: If the reservation holder brings more guests than allowed, they will be charged $10 for every additional guest over 4 guests, including events.
  4. Unpaid Products, Food & Beverage: If a guest takes food, beverage, or merchandise without paying, they will be charged the total price of the items plus a convenience fee.
  5. Misuse of Equipment: Misusing equipment that results in damage or requires repair will result in a fine. The exact amount will be determined based on the extent of the damage.
  6. Rowdy, Disruptive or Threatening Behavior: Such behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a fine up to $100.
  7. Alcohol, Smoking, and Drug Use: Any obvious use of drugs, smoking, or alcohol will result in a fine up to $100.
  8. Excess Cleaning Required: If guests make a mess and we need to clean the area, an extra cleaning fee will be applied up to $100.
  9. Noise Complaint: Any noise complaints may result in a fine up to $100.
  10. Inappropriate Physical Contact: Any inappropriate physical contact with another guest will result in a fine up to $100 and potentially being banned from our premises.
  11. Incidents Involving the Police: Any incident involving you or your guests that requires police involvement will result in a fine up to $100 and potentially being banned from our premises.
  12. Alteration of Equipment: Moving furniture, pots, bins, benches, or folding tables will result in a fine up to $100 and potentially being banned from our premises.
  13. Unattended Children: Unattended children wandering around the Pod will result in a fine up to $100.
  14. Unattended Pets/Pet Mess: Unattended pets loose in the Pod or any pet mess will result in a fine up to $100.
