For Community Events:
Cancellation windows vary by event. Please refer to the event description for the specific policy
Most are free to cancel 24–72 hours in advance
For Table Reservations:
Grace Period: Free if you cancel within 10 minutes of booking (if reservation is 45+ minutes away)
12+ hours before reservation: Free cancellation
2–12 hours before reservation: You will incur a fee of $5/hour of reserved time
Less than 2 hours before reservation: You will be charged full price minus $5/hour, refunded as PingPod-$ (account credit)
All PingPod-$ credits appear on your profile and can be used for future bookings.
Last-minute cancellations make it hard for others to book that time. The fee encourages people to cancel as early as possible so that other customers have ample opportunity to book that slot.
Even if you cancel one minute before your reservation, we still give you $5/hour back in PingPod-$. Think of it as a reward that encourages customers to cancel, rather than not show up, so that someone else can play during that time.
If PingPod-$ were used for your reservation, they will be refunded back to your account as follows:
Cancel 12+ hours in advance or within grace period: Full refund of PingPod-$
Cancel 2–12 hours in advance: All but 5 PP-$/hour will be refunded
Cancel within 2 hours: Refund 5 PP-$/hour
