We group kids by skill level to ensure they’re learning at the right pace—and we use a badging system to track progress and celebrate achievements. Each badge color represents a new level of mastery, from foundational skills to competition readiness:
White – Grip, stance, and ball control
Yellow – Rallies, serves, and forehand technique
Blue – Rally with a partner, topspin, push shots against multi balls and consistency
Magenta – Rally endurance, blocks, and spin variety
Black – Competitive play, loops, under/side spin and advanced strategy
Coaches assess players regularly, so kids can move up when they’re ready. The goal is steady progress and lots of fun along the way!
