Each class lasts 1 hour

To add your kid, log into the PingPod App, go to Account, click the “Account Info”. Select “Add a Kid profile” and follow the prompts to complete the process. To add another kid profile, repeat the process.

Yes! We provide pick-up services to various schools in the area. Availability may vary depending on the location and schedule. Please contact us at kids@pingpod.com for more details.

There’s a grace period of 5 min. 

After that, if the pick up is 5-20 min late we will charge a late fee of $20, and for the first 20-40 min, the fee is $40. 

For 40-60 the fee will be $80. The reason for this is that we have no staff on site and our coaches have other places to be after the camp day is over.

Yes, we have different classes available depending on your kids level. Contact us through kids@pingpod.com

We have a badging system that reflects the skill level of the kids, ranging from White, Yellow, Blue, and Magenta, with Black being the highest level.

We offer camps/classes at most locations. If you don’t see your location, email us at kids@pingpod.com to see if we can run a camp/classes. All camps and classes need a minimum of 2 kids so grab a friend and reach out!

Trial Class starts at $45

For morning camps we offer the kids one snack, and for full day camp we offer 2 snacks per day. Filtered water is supplied as needed. Please bring lunch for full day campers – we take a break between 12 and 1 for lunch and rest.

We understand that sometimes things may arise and you’re unable to make your reservation. Kindly send an email to kids@pingpod.com to cancel your class as soon as possible and re-schedule a make-up class with us.

We can credit a PP$ if you wish a refund:

The credits are processed based on the notice period:

• 1 week or more in advance – Full credit of PP$.
• Less than a week (but more than 2 days in advance) – 90% of the class fee credited to your account.
• 2 days in advance – 80% of the class fee credited to your account.
• 1 day in advance – 70% of the class fee credited to your account.
• Same-day cancellations or missed classes with no notice– No refunds or credits available.
